Pink grapefruit jelly

A sweet and bitter temptation prepared with pink grapefruits, sugar and vanilla ideal to be enjoyed in the morning spread on bread or to accompany cheese and game. try also this wurst and cheese cannoli recipe too.

Preserves For 2 jars for preserves of 2.5 dl

2 pink grapefruits

1 pomegranate

1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

200 g of 2: 1 gelling sugar

How to proceed

Peel half of the grapefruits and use a sharp knife to free the segments from the cuticles that separate them, being careful to collect the juice during this operation. Squeeze the cuticles well. Halve the remaining grapefruits and pomegranate. Squeeze both with a lemon squeezer. Pay attention to the sketches. Bring the juice mixture with the grapefruit wedges, vanilla paste and gelling sugar to a boil. Boil strong for 3 minutes.
